Our physiotherapists have breadth of knowledge, effective communication and excellent working relationships. We offer E-mail access in-between treatments; this can help reduce the number of treatments required as any questions or problems arising can be dealt with immediately. Please check out our blogs for advice, tips and information, on a variety of issues and conditions that we have come across at the clinic over the years.
I was extremely grateful for the help that I received, and should I have any problems as I progress I will be back for further advice and physiotherapy. I would like to thank you for my recent treatment to cure my back pain. Your examination and explanation was first class, which made it easier to understand the reason for the pain. The clinic is located at: 51 Forest Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE11 3NW.
We have full car parking facilities including disabled parking at the front of the building.

The Loughborough Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries clinic was opened in 1980 in a small premises in the Coneries, by Joyce Adam, Rhiannon Bennett and Anne Hind, joined very soon afterwards by Margaret Whyman.
Their vision was for a clinic where one could access effective and efficient treatment and have the resources to be referred on to other professionals as needed.
In 2002 Joanne Hartshorn took full ownership of the clinic.
Her vision was for a purpose built centre of excellence, near the university so students could avail themselves of the facilities; but with ease of access for all.

Physiotherapy is a science based, increasingly evidence based profession, that aims to improve nerve, joint and muscle function.
It takes a "whole person" approach to health; looking at all aspects of life that are affected by pain, poor function, poor biomechanics, altered posture, disease or aging.
Physiotherapists work ON you, mobilising, massaging, stretching using different techniques and work WITH you, giving you exercise programmes and helping you understand the cause and also how to manage or prevent your issues returning.
