ATSI helps organising patient body in space and ordering the body to bring the muscles where they belong so the gravity field can balance the resources of wellbeing.
ATSI is an art based on science, integration, wisdom, trust, caring gratitude of mutual respect between client and therapist.
Its a personalised and effective journey which engages the client to help to utilise theirs powers against gravity.
12 session ATSI is dedicated for everyone from chronic pain patients, sports injuries which are difficult to resolve as well as general improvement of posture and body awareness.
The most common reasons for back and neck pain include, discs, muscles, ligaments and joints.
These structures can be injured directly by traumas or lifting or by postural problems and prolonged sitting.
It is vital that early intervention is sought as this dramatically reduces the risk of further complications, which can have long-term consequences and increase recovery time.
Active Physio intervention and good compliance to an individualised rehabilitation programme is recommended.
In the majority of spinal problems this will dramatically reduce and clear your pain.
Most people with tennis or golfer's elbow do not have them as a consequence of too much sporting exertion.
Commonly, these problems occur as a consequence of postural over-strain.
Often work related or linked to over-use.
Usually they come on gradually, but they can occur as a sudden or acute problem.
We assess the whole of the upper limb and the neck to try and establish the key areas of over-strain.
We then treat with focal soft tissue techniques and prescribe exercise to correct any muscle imbalance and stretches to counter any tight spots.
