The practice is still open and providing face to face appointments, following all NHS guidance, and this is reviewed daily. Each treatment room is cleaned after every patient, including door handles and chairs. There is hand sanitizer available and every patient is asked to use it to clean their hands. Please bring a mask or face covering with you, and wait in or by your car and we will call you in for treatment.
We are also able to offer telephone/video consultations for those self isolating or shielding but still in pain. Our physiotherapists are HPC registered, and we accept referrals from GPs and consultants, as well as self referrals.
If you are using health insurance, you will probably require a GP/consultant referral before commencing treatment.
We are registered with all major insurance companies, including BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva, WPA and Pruhealth, and are a BUPA approved physiotherapy practice.
We invoice insurance companies directly, so will need your policy details and authorisation number at your initial assessment.
