Physiotherapy is an orthodox medical discipline that uses a variety of techniques to help muscles, joints and other parts of the body work to their full potential.
It can help repair damage by speeding up the healing process and reducing pain and stiffness.
Physiotherapists can also give advice both to avoid problems and to aid recovery.
After a thorough assessment to diagnose and explain the problem, the physiotherapist works with the patient to develop an effective treatment plan, taking into account lifestyle, a short medical history, and their leisure activities.
