Penny Marler MCSP HPC is a Brighton-based Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience. Common back and neck pain can include sciatica, headaches, radiating arm and leg pain, general stiffness from prolonged sitting.
When starting your treatment, Penny will firstly assess your posture, looking for any muscle imbalance or irregularities.
Treatment will then involve looking at the movements of the spine looking for any restrictions, muscle imbalance and the quality of movement.
Penny will then mobilise any joints that are restricted and massage, stretch and ultrasound any trigger points in tight muscles.
