The classes are very relaxed and do not make you feel self-conscious. Andrea constantly checks on your technique so that you can feel confident that you are doing the exercises properly and getting the maximum benefit.

Chartered Physiotherapist with 20+ years physio experience, 10+ years as Pilates Instructor.
Trained in antenatal, postnatal, all small equipment, Pilates for cyclists, golf, running, scoliosis and spinal surgery.
Specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with experience in public health, A&E, inpatient wards, fracture clinic, orthopaedics, paediatrics, outpatients and community.
We also send exercise plans with videos to your email/ phone to help you keep up with your treatment.
Unlike most studio classes, you do Reformer sessions one-to-one or in small groups (max 3).
Personalised programmes help you reach your goals faster, whether you're a beginner or advanced.
Sports massage is for anyone with tight muscles who enjoys staying active or has a desk-bound job.
If you cycle, you need a proper BikeFit to feel comfortable on your bike, perform better and prevent injury.
Nordic Walking is different to hill walking, trekking and trail running.

To get the most from Reformer Pilates, we recommend regular sessions over 5-10 weeks (ideally longer-term for maximum benefit).

Alternatively if you have pilates experience you can join a group session by booking a reformer course here.
We would recommend at least one 1-1 session before you join a group or speak to us direct for guidance.
