Belfast Physio & Massage
We offer customised massage treatments for individuals seeking pain relief or for those simply looking to de-stress, relax and take some 'time out' from their busy lifestyle. Welcome to Our Massage And Rehab Clinic"We treat our patients as a whole and not as injury". This involves considering your body anatomy, any relevant health conditions and lifestyle factors.

We get rid of muscle knots with massage and we also improve your body flexibility with 1:1 Therapeutic Yoga Classes. We are passionate and we "really love" what we do. We're not the sort to just rub oil on - in fact we don't do wraps or scrubs- we just give the very best massage of your life. Our goal is to help you experience greater flexibility and freedom of movement and take a break from your stress.

We are not a spa. We're a professional massage therapy clinic owned and operated by a Physiotherapist and we have a team of skilled, certified massage therapists. We combine a variety of targeted and highly personalized, therapeutic massage and general relaxation techniques to make sure we leave you free of pain and relaxed.

Belfast Physio and Massage is a Therapeutic Massage and Yoga company founded by Shari in 2016 in London as Physio & Massage at home, after moving to Belfast in 2017, she started operating her company under the name Belfast Physio and Massage.
Shari developed a great passion for massage during her first two years of study in Aesthetics and Beauty Therapy, her desire to prevent injuries through massage made her decide to study a Physiotherapy bachelor's degree in Spain.
From the beginning of her studies, she knew that experience is important, and that's why she started treating patients while studying at the University.

The massage gun uses percussive therapy to pulse targeted pressure into your muscles at speed helping to break up scar tissue, release the fascia and treat, muscle and tendon conditions.
We will use Typically a variety of deep tissue techniques which involve longitudinal stripping, friction techniques, stretching, active movement and trigger point compression.

Also call Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD).
This is a soft technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic nodes.
The lymphatic system helps maintain fluid balance and returns excess fluid and proteins from the tissues that cannot be returned through the blood vessels.
While the heart continuously pumps blood through the blood vessels, the lymphatic system has not pump relaying on the pressure of blood vessels and movements from your muscles to push the lymphatic fluid around.
This technique, consists in soft hand movements in the skin and sequences adapted for each person.
