LATEST REVIEW: I have been attending Oxphysio s pilates class for the last 6 months and I love it!

I was completely new to pilates and already feel like I know what s going on. The instructor knows her stuff develops you and helps all levels get the best out of the class. I am more toned and stronger for having gone.

OxPhysio offers pilates classes around Oxford, which are suitable for any age, ability and fitness level, including specialist classes for osteoporosis sufferers and post natal pilates.
We offer regular group sessions which run in six to eight week blocks or individual pilates sessions at a time and venue that is suitable for you.
The group classes run from Headington community centre, Quarry Pavillion, Headington Parish Hall, Cheney Community Centre and William Osler House.
All venues are conveniently located close to the Oxford ring road and have their own parking.
OxPhysio have been involved in the Oxford half marathon in support of Helen and Douglas House for a few years now, supporting runners both before and after the race and providing physiotherapy when needed.
We are also heading into the last few months before the London Marathon so we thought we'd compile some tips that would be equally useful to those planning on running a long distance race, as to those simply training to keep fit.
1. Try to vary your training, you may want to consider mixing your runs with hill sessions, speed sessions, along with slowly increasing your distance.
