Tucked away between The Old Mill Coffee House and the Methodist Church on West Street, Chipping Norton Physio has three treatment rooms on the ground floor with disabled access and a light and airy pilates studio on the first floor. We offer a full treatment programme of physiotherapy including sports injury and post-op rehab as well as pilates exercise for all levels of fitness and mobility.
All our Chartered Physiotherapists are HPC registered and our pilates instructors are APPI qualified. She is coping really well with her walker and takes nice small but fairly quick (for her) steps. Thank you so much for all your help getting her moving - I honestly don't think it would have happened without you. I cannot thank you enough for all your support re: my hips and limbs in general.
All exercises are going very well and I feel confident about our walk in Italy with plenty of time to look at flowers and spot birds! Pilates (Ellen), ITB treatment (Louisa), and ankle work (Abby) got me through the Copenhagen marathon in 3:50.

She specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has a specific interest in low back and neck pain, and post-operative rehabilitation.
In 2006 Lucinda completed her MSc in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at UCL and has worked in the NHS and at The Manor Hospital in Oxford.
She is also a fully qualified APPI Pilates Instructor.
Abbe qualified with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University in 2013 and has previously worked for the Oxford Health Trust.
