My treatment approach is to establish a therapeutic partnership; the practitioner and the client work together to achieve health and fitness goals, we investigate current and past health history, analysing diet and digestion to gain insight into what the body needs to repair and strengthen. I work using hands on physiotherapy techniques, acupuncture and laser therapy for injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

I advise on exercise regimes using pilates exercises for posture correction and core strengthening in addition to cardiovascular exercise. To improve health and gain fitness it is vital to optimise gut health, digestion and nutrient absorption, this will help to balance the immune system and control inflammation and promote healing. I have been attending Liz' Pilates classes for almost seven years and my life would not be the same without them.

Liz talks us through each exercise and this helps so much. Thanks to Pilates I am very flexible despite being 78 years old. I was seeing Liz for physio sessions regularly until lockdown.

Over the last 10 years I have worked to expand my musculoskeletal treatment skills to include teaching Pilates, practicing western Acupuncture and studying Functional Nutrition.
My aim is to be able to support my clients with a multi system approach through their journey to improved health and fitness.
The range of work is varied and involves working with people to promote their own health and well-being.
Physiotherapists help to restore movement and function to as near normal as possible when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability and also aim to relieve pain.
