Glasgow City Physiotherapy
Glasgow City Physiotherapy is ideally located in the City Centre of Glasgow. Based on Buchanan Street, we enjoy close proximity to Glasgow Queen Street Station, Central Station and Buchanan Bus Station. We have a unique approach to Physiotherapy; we look to treat your injury, the cause of the injury and provide injury prevention advice or management.

We spend more time with patients, provide hands on treatment and give quality advice to patients which sets us apart from other physiotherapists. We treat a wide range of injuries including sports injuries, back/neck pain, headaches, muscle sprains, work related injuries, rehabilitation from surgeries, Osteoarthritis, Childhood and adolescent musculoskeletal disorders and many more.

We achieve this by providing various top-quality services such as physiotherapy, sports massage, acupuncture, rehabilitation, employing individualized injury prevention strategies and providing strength & conditioning programmes to patients. We also run a stretching and core strength class to ensure patients are getting the best out of their treatment.

Physiotherapy or 'physical therapy' encompasses a huge variety of different specialities.
At GCP we specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
This involves assessing, managing and treating various injuries, aches or pains.
A variety of treatment options are used dependent on what is found from thorough assessment.
Treatment methods can include: massage, exercise therapy, spinal mobilisations, mobilisation, strength and conditioning.
Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice.
Pilates is a low impact mind-body workout consisting of conditioning exercises that strengthen the core muscles of the body with control, alongside both mobility and flexibility exercises.
The mindful nature of Pilates promotes good postural alignment and body awareness which leaves you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
At GCP, we offer both small classes and 1:1 Pilates which are guided by a qualified physiotherapist with an expert knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and a unique understanding of how the body moves.
