Unfortunately, oftentimes the problem festers, slowly getting worse, impacting your lifestyle and disrupting your happiness.
When living with a condition like Parkinson's Disease or after surviving a stroke, there is so much information out there that it can be a bit overwhelming trying to figure out what's best for you.
I am a Chartered Physiotherapist who specialises in working with Older Adults and Adults affected by Neurological conditions (Neuro-physiotherapist).
I have been practising for over 10 years and absolutely love my 'job'.

With my help, her determination and hard work she has returned to independent living in her own flat!
