L A Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement, function and quality of life for those affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also improve your physical activity while helping you to prevent further injuries. Established in 2014 LA physiotherapy is located in Newton Mearns, Glasgow, welcoming patients from across the city for private physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

Physiotherapy can be helpful for people of all ages with a wide range of health conditions, including;. Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. When performed correctly it can be a tough workout, and if performed regularly it can improve flexibility, strength and co-ordination.

Pilates can be used in the rehabilitation of certain injuries, as a means of cross-training, or conditioning, or in the prevention of injuries or simply for general fitness. Our emphasis is on enjoyment. Whilst the exercise needs to be challenging, it also needs to be fun!
Services

My knee has made very good recovery since last week.
I have continued on with my exercises all week and this has also made a big difference with the terrible burning pain that I had around my knee cap.
I cannot thank you enough for all your help and look forward to using your services in the future.
Thanks for everything you did for me, much appreciated and if any of us need a Physio again you will see us!
Yeh it held up, just.
I slipped coming down the third peak and it pulled it quite badly, so limped a bit through miles 20 to 30, but then it eased off again?!?!
