Our priority is to ensure the safety of our staff and patients (both yourself and others), we are open for appointments at our clinics within strict governing body guidelines.
At present, we are only permitted to offer face to face appointments to patients if it reduces the likelihood of them seeing an alternate health professional. I was born and raised in Carmarthen and went to university in Cardiff where I now live, therefore I have a good knowledge of both areas and their people.
I have worked as a physiotherapist since qualifying from the University of Wales, College of Medicine in Cardiff in 1997.
Presently I am working with international sports teams and in occupational health settings, as well as at the clinics, where I work with complex and challenging spinal conditions as well as sporting injuries and workplace/postural related conditions.

Now offering high class local physiotherapy to the areas of North Cardiff Including Llanishen, Rhiwbina, Thornhill, Whitchurch and even Caerphilly, our Llanishen Clinic is based in The Cedars Clinic on Fidlas Road.

Evening and Saturday morning appointments are available at this clinic and there is free parking behind the clinic for patients.

At the moment Face to Face Appointments are only available in our Llanishen Clinic and Carmarthen Clinic.
Our basic charges are 45 for a half hour session, for both initial assessment and treatment.
We also offer extended assessment appointments for more complex problems, or multiple areas of the body.
This will take 45 minutes and costs 60.
If you have been seen elsewhere before and not been satisfied with your treatment then an extended appointment time allows us to fully investigate your problem.

We will aim to invoice your insurers directly for payment.

A referral from your GP may be required prior to an authorisation code being provided by your insurer.
We will aim to invoice your insurers directly for payment.
