Active Now is a small, specialist physiotherapy clinic led by Susannah Solt. With comfortable therapy rooms in rural Warwickshire, this long-established practice provides trusted, safe and effective physiotherapy to relieve pain and restore movement.' Having qualified with a First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy, Susannah Solt now has over 20 years of experience.
She specialises in combining a wide variety of hands-on techniques, exercises and advice to treat a range of conditions affecting joints, muscles, nerves and other soft tissues, whilst considering the body and mind as a whole. When she first sees you, Susannah will ask you to tell her about the problem and your lifestyle, including work, sports and other interests so that she can understand the impact on you and the demands that you put on your body.
She will then have a look at the area, gently checking joints, muscles, nerves and other soft tissues. Often a problem in one area can be linked to or caused by something in another area.

Susannah uses a variety of examination and treatment techniques.
If you are in a lot of pain, she will keep examination to a minimum and be very gentle.
Her treatment will take into account how much pain you are in, and she will always explain what she is going to do and use the most comfortable techniques available.
You may have some mild treatment soreness.
Some people don't experience any treatment soreness, and others may feel uncomfortable for 24-48 hours afterwards.
It's very difficult to predict who will or won't be sore.
