Pilates is a gentle low impact form of exercise.
It is a mix of strength and flexibility exercises that aims to improve your postural awareness and really focus on identifying and working your core stability system.
Exercises are mat based and some may use small pieces of equipment to add resistance or support as needed.
You will also be given a home exercise programme detailing exercises for you to practice in order maximise the benefits.
