Massage incorporates a number of different techniques all with the aim of increasing blood flow and flushing out toxins.
The depth of massage will depend on your personal tolerance.
The person who is performing the massage will also monitor whether you are comfortable throughout verbally.

I can't thank Lisa enough.
Came to see her just 5 weeks before the London marathon when I truly believed my dream of running it was over.
Lisa's treatments go me there and not only that, my ITB injury didn't give me any grief for all 5 hours of it!
Being a busy working mum I kept putting off physiotherapy, now I wish I had seen Lisa sooner!
Lisa has been a godsend, working on my knees and shoulder.
My knees have improved immensely and now I rarely have to strap them.
I have complete confidence in Lisa and will be returning to keep check of those aches/pains (post workout & due to posture) I highly recommend seeing Lisa for all your physiotherapy needs.
