We are continuing to see patients both remotely and face-to-face in accordance with Government, Public Health England and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy guidelines. If you are experiencing pain, have sustained a sports injury or are recovering from orthopaedic surgery then physiotherapy can get to the root of the problem, manage the symptoms and help you on the road to full fitness.
We use our expertise and experience to work with you to design an individual treatment program tailored to your specific condition. If you would like to discuss any aspect of physiotherapy or book an appointment with us then please contact us! Established in 2000, we have built a reputation for high quality physiotherapy and providing a trusted service across the community in North London.
The physiotherapists at the practice are highly qualified and experienced with advanced skills in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal conditions and injuries. As well as providing excellent clinical treatment, we also offer advice and support to local groups and take part in regular on-going professional development to ensure that we are up to date with best practice and new approaches.

Services
Physiotherapy aims to reduce pain, restore normal movement and get patients back to their usual activities.
We identify the cause of the problem and work closely with the patient to help them become symptom free and prevent recurrences.
Manual therapy is a method of treatment which uses skilled and specific hands-on techniques to diagnose and treat soft tissue injuries and joint structures.
These techniques help to reduce pain, increase range of movement, relax tight structures and improve tissue healing.

During the first appointment the physiotherapist will start by taking a history.
We will ask the about symptoms, lifestyle, work and hobbies to help us build a complete picture of the stresses and strains on the patient's body, as well as finding out about any injuries or trauma.
We will also ask about relevant medical history and past injuries.
The physiotherapist will then carry out an examination to test what structures and tissues are involved in the problem.
At the end of the assessment, the physio will explain their findings and will discuss an individual treatment programme with the patient.
