This is a free app for you to use.
Just as I would with any appointment in the clinic, I will conduct an assessment, review your symptoms, explore any movement challenges and then plan a treatment programme with you.
Please allow up to 1 hour for your first appointment.
You will be asked to complete a registration form for our records; then we will discuss your current problem and your medical history.
It is helpful if you can bring the names of any medication you are currently taking as well as any X rays or scan results you have relating to the current problem.
Once all the information has been gathered a physical examination will be carried out.
