Sports Injuries can be very frustrating.
Often our clients will tell us that they have tried to rest but that each time they try to return to their sport or even a higher level of intensity, they cannot because pain stops them.
Typically, people have tried taking paracetamol and anti-inflammatories as well as resting, but they are still unable to do their sport.
As Physiotherapists we can diagnose exactly what you have done and suggest a plan of action to get you back to your sport ASAP.

We have a range of Pilates and other classes which we provide for all different types of abilities, situations and objectives.
Importantly, our highly experienced instructors always make sure that they incorporate different principles of Pilates and exercise 'therapy' into the classes each week, making sure they keep the sessions up to date, varied and highly effective for each client.
Although the classes are by no means exclusively for women, we do have a Pilates for Blokes Class as we know that men and women have skeletal differences, and this can impact on men's ability to do some of the Pilates exercises.
