Initial consultations are 45 minutes, and include a full assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
The diagnosis will be explained and the cause of the injury will be identified.

You will then be given a treatment program, which will include likely modalities used (massage, manipulation, exercises, electrotherapy, acupuncture etc), an estimation of how long the injury will take to be resolved, and preventative measures to help you stay injury free in future.
