The original Chichester Physiotherapy clinic, serving Chichester and beyond for over 35 years! The team has changed but our values remain the same; we are passionate about helping people stay fit and active, and living their lives to the full, through good, honest physiotherapy. We help people who are in pain, not moving well or not feeling themselves, because of injury, ill health, surgery or as a result of lifestyle changes, pregnancy, or simply because they are getting older.

Each of our Chartered Physios has been chosen to ensure that as well as a passion for their speciality, they have previously worked at a senior level within the NHS. This ensures that they have the assessment, diagnosis and treatment skills needed to help our patients get back to living the lives they want, as quickly as possible.
Services
We are currently seeing Pilates clients on a 1:1 basis in clinic, and we have an online Pilates programme with a variety of new live and pre-recorded classes every week, which can be accessed via our members only Facebook Group.
We know that many people are reluctant to try Facebook or online however classes we urge everyone to take our NO COMITTMENT 2 WEEK FREE TRIAL, as we have seen significant improvements in our existing clients flexibility and strength when they went form coming to one class a week in person to making Pilates or more regular part of their weekly routine.
The Menopause MOT is a comprehensive pelvic health assessment for any woman who is perimenopausal or postmenopausal which is any woman from her early 40's onwards!
It does not matter whether they are experiencing menopause or pelvic floor symptoms, or just want to do what they can to prevent them in the future.
The mid life is a time in a women's' life where due to conflicting demands of a growing family, often alongside a career and aging parents, her health commonly takes a back seat.
Often niggling problems such as leaking urine, feelings of a prolapse or painful sex are just put down to 'life' and something to put up with.
At Advanced Physio Solutions we have almost 25 years of experience dealing with musculoskeletal pain.
We recognise that maintaining good levels of health and fitness are essential to both physical and mental well-being.
It is important to be fully informed as to the risks and benefits of any treatment that you might try.
We will go through these with you before a shared decision is reached about what the most appropriate treatment is for you.
Please read our steroid injection information before you attend.
To ensure the highest standards of treatment and the safety of our patients at ChiPhysio all of our services are provided by Chartered Physiotherapists.
We frequently use sports massage as part of our treatment package to improve blood flow and promote healing in injured tissues or to relax tight and painful muscles.
If you wish to book an appointment purely for sports massage we always carry out an assessment to identify the source of your pain or tension and ensure that we address any underlying issues rather than just treating the symptoms.
Physiotherapy post treatment for breast cancer is provided by our highly experienced Musculoskeletal Specialist Lisa Jackson.
Treatment for breast cancer may include varying degrees of surgical intervention, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, all of which can affect the structure of the soft tissues around the whole of the chest, neck and arm.
Physiotherapy helps to reduce discomfort and restore posture, range of movement and strength, enabling patients to return normal activity levels.
Treatment is gentle, holistic and respectful of the trauma that has been placed on the body, both physically and mentally.
