Optimum Physiotherapy

All our physiotherapists are Chartered and members of the Health & Care Professions Council. In line with Government and professional advice new screening and hygiene policies are in place for the safety of both patients and staff. This includes staff wearing appropriate protective clothing including masks. Please let us know if you have to cancel an appointment - a 30 charge will be applied in cases of cancellations without notification since we are currently operating at reduced capacity and increased costs.

Thank you for your support and understanding. I suffered from severe tingling all down my left arm which had gradually been getting worse. Geraldine located the source of the pain and after three sessions, where she manipulated my neck, the pins and needles had gone. She showed my exercises to prevent a recurrence and i have not had any problems since.
