Hanna Dabbour is a Chartered Senior Physiotherapist based in London and Stockholm. She holds an MSc in Physiotherapy, specialising in Musculoskeletal injuries and Women's Health issues. When not working for DabbourPhysio, Hanna is a Band 7 Clinical Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist at King's College Hospital, London.

Hanna has extensive knowledge in treatment of musculoskeletal problems linked to posture, muscles and joints such as sport injuries, back/knee/shoulder/hip pain or dysfunction as well as a variety of other musculoskeletal issues.Hanna is also a qualified personal trainer with postgraduate education and extensive experience of strength and conditioning as relating to rehabilitation and sports/activities.

As a merger of her two specialities, Hanna also provides expert advice for elite athletes wishing to return to sport or high level activity post-pregnancy or after injuries related to Women's Health issues. As a Women's Health expert Hanna specialises in pelvic dysfunctions (including vulvodynia, endometriosis, dysmenorrhoea, dyspareunia and sexual issues), incontinence and postnatal rehabilitation and advice, such as for pain, tears, C-sections and the safe return to exercise and normal activity.

Women's Health Physiotherapy, or pelvic, obstetric and gynaecological physiotherapy, is the treatment of all disorders and problems related to the pelvis area, the pelvic floor and within the OB-GYN sphere.
DabbourPhysio can offer help with bowel and bladder problems, all forms of pelvic pain as well as antenatal and postnatal problems.

DabbourPhysio offers a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes, including YogaPhysio, PilatesPhysio and women's health courses and workshops.
Each class is taught by Chartered Physiotherapists, and designed to suit the unique needs of our patients.
YogaPhysio and PhysioPilates are rehabilitation courses offered in 6, 8 or 10 week blocks, while Hypnobirthing and Pregnancy courses are in the form of workshops or shorter course blocks.
YogaPhysio is a rehabilitation course for individuals who may not feel comfortable in a regular 'mass' setting due to limitations, injuries or any other concern such as post-pregnancy.
Taught by a Chartered Physiotherapist in a small and informal setting (8-12 students), the class is particularly suitable if you feel you require additional professional support, adjustments or simply the company of others similar to yourself.
The origins of the course stems from the experience that while physiotherapy advice is helpful to relieve symptoms, ongoing movement and exercise are essential to maintain and ensure continued progress.
DabbourPhysio offers classes designed for pre and postnatal women - Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates as well as a Postnatal class where you can bring your baby.
DabbourPhysio also offers Comprehensive Antenatal Course / Hypnobirthing workshops through-out the year, focusing on helping you understand your birth better and prepare you for the experience.
The pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes are for mothers of all ages at any trimester.
The classes are designed using exercises from Yoga and Pilates, at your preference, in order to make a class that is safe, suitable and will keep you fit during your pregnancy.
