You probably don't remember me. 10 years ago I came to you with a back problem that from the point of injury had become so problematic, I couldn't get through a day without lying on the floor to unlock it!
It went on like this for months.
Then I came to see you.
You treated and more importantly taught me how to self treat in the form of exercises.
As my back strengthened you taught me core muscle exercises I could always do to support the back.
I recently injured my neck again and knew straight away it was a carbon copy of what I had done before.
